Database Design:

In most real situations several people within your organisation need to take actions on a particular contact. You will have sales calls, customer support tasks, engineering and production and Accounts chasing to name just a few. Sale Clincher for Windows will facilitate this because of it's unique ‘tree like’ database structure.

Record Structure:

Company records on the database are organised like this; Page 1, normally holding the company Name and Address, is shared by all "enquiry-records". The "Contact History" for a company is also shared by all "enquiry-records". Pages 2,3 and 4 however are separate for each "enquiry-record". In addition, each "enquiry-record" has it’s own "Action Date" and it’s own "Action By" allocation. You may have any number of Sales Records attached to a customer address allowing any number of separate enquiries, orders or projects. This unique structure enables several people within your organisation to schedule actions on the same customer, and everyone is aware of each other’s activities.

Microsoft Word Interface:

Sale Clincher interfaces directly with Microsoft Word merging information into an number of user defined formats for letters, faxes, quotations and so on. If a document is written from Sale Clincher a reference is automatically saved in the company contact history. Clicking the mouse on the document reference automatically re-opens the copy of the letter, fax or quotation for viewing or printing.

Modem Communications:

Even when out of the office, a simple key-press will automatically dial up the central system and transfer your updates. In addition, any updates by any other member of the company will be transferred to your system. An easy to use MAIL system is part of Sale Clincher for Windows providing an efficient administration tool. This is the ideal solution for sales people who spend a lot of time out of the office.
